Returns & Refund Policy
Returns (if applicable):
We accept returns only for defective, incorrect, or damaged items. If you wish to exchange an item for this reason, please email us within 5 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible, items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about your refund status. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Note: You are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.
Non-refundable Items:
- Special orders (indent items) are not refundable.
- Non-defective returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
